We live in an age where words are very powerful and far-reaching, more troublesome than arrows. The mere threat of defamation, slander, or arriving at logical conclusions that resemble guarded secrets can spark investigations and thwart our efforts. It is not that we think removing the contact feature will save us—because the right person with the right skills can bypass these measures—but it will keep them at bay. We've got to at least lock the proverbial door to our homes because of the nature of what we write about.
